Yangling has completed infrastructure, including the supply of water, power, gas, and heat, the installation of communication, electric circuit setting-up and water drainage networks etc.
  Water Supply: Rich underground water with fine quality is free pollution. Now the average water supply is 13,000 to 15,000 cubic meters per day. The daily water supply in new district is 10,000 cubic meters.
  Power Supply: Being located in the center of 330KV electrifield wire netting in Central Shaaxi, the Yangling has two transformer substations with a capacity of 110KV to guarantee power supply. In the new district the wires of and below 100KV are replaced by the cable cords.
  Heat Supply: there is a thermo-power plant with a capacity of 55,000 kilowatts to provide heat intensively. The pressure of heat supply is 1.0 to 1.25Mpa, and the temperature is 200-300℃。
  Gas Supply: The natural gas supply in the Zone is mainly from the gas field in Jingbian County, in the northern part of province, whose deposit amounts to 750,400 million cubic meters, which can guarantee a steady supply for 50 years. Natural gas pipe network has been constructed. The current supply capacity reaches 3 million cubic meters per year, and the future supply will be 60millon cubic meters.
